From 14^th to 15^th July, “The First Council of China Electric Vehicle Charging Technology & Industry Alliance” and “The Founding Conference & First Seminar of China Electric Vehicle Charging Technology & Industry Alliance” were held in Beijing Xiyuan Hotel. As one of its organizer, Forever Technology was voted to be the vice chairman. It made the keynote speech titled “Urban Layout of Charging Facilities for Electric Vehicles”.   

With the march of global energy revolution, Electric Vehicle (EV) will be the future of automotive industry. In 2015, about 331,100 EVs were sold in China, up by 3.4 times year-on-year (China Association of Automobile Manufactures). This made China the largest EV market around the world.   

China Electric Vehicle Charging Technology & Industry Alliance was co-initiated by Communication Network Operation Committee of China Communication Enterprises Association and North China Electric Power University under the guidance of Ministry of Industry and Information. Its members include universities involving in the research of EV and charging infrastructure, research institutes, equipment suppliers, electric power suppliers, communication network operators, charging infrastructure operator and service providers and investment organizations. It is an alliance integrating R&D, manufacturing, planning, construction, operation, service and investment of EV infrastructure. 

The topic of this conference is “Cooperation and Innovation”. The conference was held against the backdrop of global energy internet, energy revolution and boom of EV. Above 300 representatives from relevant government departments, research institutions, EV charging station manufacturers & operators, EV makers and investments organizations attended the conference plus the inauguration ceremony. Well-known experts from Tsinghua University and North China Electric Power University delivered speeches on new technology, new model (especially the application of internet+), cooperation of industry chain, industry norms and integrated development. Keynote speech “Urban Layout of Charging Facilities for Electric Vehicles” made by Forever Technology deals with layout of domestic EV charging infrastructure.
